SCSD was founded in 2007 by Carla Coleman and Lori Fowler. Their combined experience in the areas of rescue dogs, service dogs, persons with physical disabilities, non-profit organizations, and community networking have created a solid foundation for SCSD.

If you are interested in obtaining a Second Chance dog, please fill out and return the application.
